Hello @Tasia, you can buy aloe Vera juice from Woolworths or from Chemist Warehouse (usually get mine from there and just remembered I forgot to buy myself another bottle). It’s around $13. Be careful not to buy the sweet aloe Vera juice that’s an actual drink. The real aloe Vera juice is mostly clear, is not sweet at all, has a bit of a strange taste, and you have about 50ml twice daily. I’ve been drinking it for a few years now and it’s wonderful. I usually have it in the morning on an empty stomach and right before bed. You might also like to try sucking on the gel part of an actual aloe Vera leaf, if you can find one. They’re quite common in gardens and not expensive. They heal sores pretty quickly.
