Mouth sore, tongue sore and nausea...any suggestions?

I am using nilstat, biotene, bi-carb and salt...some relief but open to any advice. Nausea - is wanting to stick around. I really donʻt want to take any more medication. Have focused on breathing, ...

@Tasia I purchased aloe juice from the supermarket in the health food section. Coles and woolies both sold it, white bottle, green sticker. You can drink it but I just gargled with it. If thesores are down your throat, swallow it. I did swallow a couple times as it is supposed to be good for you. Hope it works for you.
