Looking after my bald
Now that I am joining the bald brigade, how do I look after my scalp? Do I moisturise or something? I know if I go out I need to have on my hat etc. and sunscreen SPF50, but is there something else I ...
I had a bit of cradle cap so some olive oil was good until it passed. I moisturised higher than normal but the skin self regulated and was pretty good. I was absolutely vigilant with the sun. I always wore a brimmed hat when out in it (I had summer & autumn chemo) and bamboo or cotton caps at other times. They did soak up the oil I naturally secreted so they needed regular washing. K xox
