That's a really interesting explanation @melclarity It sometimes seems that the answers are there - we just need to ask the right question to get the response which can be hard when you forget or don't know the right question in the first place. And I think for the doctors, it's often a situation of not realising that the patient doesn't know something or in some cases, doesn't want to know.
