@kezmusc I dont think there is any one answer to be honest in terms of stopping the pain. The only thing that takes the edge off is panadol osteo. No vitamin or mineral will stop it. I wondered what your onc says about stopping and starting the tamoxifen? As wouldnt it interfere with its consistency? And effectiveness?
