@kezmusc Curcumin is an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen without the nasty side effects of long term use and must be ok as Indians eat a huge amount of it in their diet.Just a thought as have been hearing good reports about it.Curcumin is the refined part of the spice turmeric which seems to be trendy these days.Have a read on the Herbs app before trying maybe as there may be some reasons not to use it -I think using blood thinners like Warfrain is one.
