The thirst I can’t relate but the aches yes.Try to keep moving as it will come good .Only things I can suggest are Krill Oil the onc suggested and Curcumin which is an anti inflammatory that won’t hurt your tummy.The cold weather won’t help the aches so stay warm I was lucky mine started in Spring.Nag as I do the daily walk and gentle stretch/balance with light weights twice a week helped a lot.Tbh am worried aches could come back as had to be sedentary past 3 weeks because of surgery and more to come.months and then had a few hot flushes but seem to be ok now. Bone density and cholesterol tests in August will be interesting to tell the inside story.
