We were originally farmed out to his siblings, then when it appeared to be more permanent, the grandparents paid for boarding school for us all. I was the youngest. I didn’t really mind - I never really got homesick, and used to make fun of those who did! (I must have been a heartless little bugger! LOL) Maybe that had a bearing on my not wanting to have kids? Who knows. I never really craved for any, unlike some who’s very Life seemed to revolve around having kids.
