Don't be shocked if your next bone density scan shows a dramatic drop. I have been having them done as I have a pre existing health condition so was being monitored. 2 years post menopause was a huge drop. Terrified me. 1 Year on letrozole showed minimal loss again so I was very relieved. Just pointing out ...it's the initial menopause that can cause the big drop. Also have your Vit D regularly checked by GP.
