I missed my hair and now it is back but what do i do with it?

I kept # 4 clipping mine until I was convinced it was no longer 'chemo' hair.
My partner hated it and begged me to let it grow. This was about 6 months post chemo. It looks a lot different now, long and straight and an interesting ombre effect: grey/blond on top and dark underneath.
