menopause is a real hoot! If you are going onto anti hormone drugs like Tamoxifen then hot flushes are here to stay.My survival tips- get a ceiling fan in your bedroom and/or a bedside fan,
carry a bottle of cold water and a hand fan wherever you go.As soon as a hot flush starts,head it off at the pass by fanning yourself before it escalates. Don’t wear jumpers that you can’t take off.It improves when you finish all the meds.
