Help with my dreadlocked hair

Hey there 
I have dreadlocked hair and i dont know how to fix it. I have ordered a night cap for when i can get the dreadlocks out but arrrrgh what to do for now
hair-loss

    @Trikki2 my last radiation tomorrow. I'm very very excited. My last day of active treatment and it feels like Christmas Eve. Xx

    The nurse was so empowering. I wouldnt have done it with anyone else. A few of feeling 90% would be great x

    Gosh @Trikki2 ... hoping you are feeling better soon snd thise symptoms don't come back xx.. nice of the nurse to  cut your hair for you!!  It will be easier to manage,  i bet!!   ;)

    Thanks @Finch. Feeling better tonight.. one more round of fec-d then onto 3 rounds of Docetaxel. How are  you xxx
