So pleased the second round went better. The first one always seems a bit of an experiment! Love the wig. Looks great. I got a red and a blond one so my husband never knew which woman he was coming home to. LOL. Go with the chocolate and chilli ..... Or even chilli chocolate! Eat what you like through this time. I know we are supposed to be eating healthily but I think I lived on pizza for the three days after chemo each time! Please to see you smiling.. Love Julie

Thanks for the reply and that you liked my pic you have to brave at some stage and my daughter shaved her head too as she is sick and can't help me on my journey.

Loved my day today also met lots of great people and enjoyed myself immensely what a great support network

Thanks for the reply Had a terrific day and my husband has ordered me some bright turbin scarves today so they will make me feel happy too.

I am partial to the peppermints too gum sticks to plates so no good for me.

Yes I am thinking 2 down 2 more to go and that makes me feel good just hope I don't get too many allergic reactions this time and I can sleep.  I have a needle tomorrow to counter act the white cells lot of side effects hopefully I don't get them hey

Yes it is hard to get around your taste buds I get my husband to season the food otherwise I am too heavy handed especially with sweet chilli lol. Cannot stand coffee and loved it black tea tolerate but hot chocolate with a sparing bit of hot chocolate. Had a great day today and no reactions yeh. Just have to hope no allergic stuff this time.

Yes I think I rembered everything with the oncologist I took my journal and that was great.

Yes love freedom it took me a day to look in the mirror and then I thought about it and decided hair doesn't make who the person is inside so why not embrace it .

Had a great day today. I get bad hiccups from the steroid but hopefully some sleep tonight.

Nice picture and good luck with your chemo today. I loved the LGFG workshop I went to, lovely ladies and lots of tips on makeup etc. I had dramas with taste buds during chemo, but they do come back a little while after your last dose. Eggs, passionfruit and chocolate milk were my mainstays, weird hey? My hair is growing back and I'm quite happy with it now. Take care,

Great pic much better to get rid of it than watch it fall out in clumps. It will all grow back, mine started to grow as soon as i finished chemo. Mine is very grey, still a bit short to go out without something covering my head. Ge some bright scarves, it always made me feel good to have some colour.

Enjoy the lgfg I loved it , was nice to be around people going through the same.

The taste buds do come back I chewed gum and carried peppermints, this helped take care.
