Hair loss
Hi there So my hair has begun to come out with the chemo. Its quite knotty when i get up of a morning. Should i sleep with something on my head at night? Not sure what to do. Xx Trikki2

You're using the cold cap I take it? It does add a whole other level of worry and paranoia to the situation. You are so invested in this thing working that every strand that falls you are convinced it's all going. Remember to keep shoving that cap down in the middle throughout your treatment.
I agree with K. Quick trip to the hair dresser to check things out and a tidy up might make you feel better.
As far as the radiation goes, any new part of this road is scary. Hopefully you find it a walk in the park compared to chemo.
