@au0rei Hey! Paclitaxel is Taxol and Docetaxel is Taxotere. They are similar but different. I had 4 cycles of FEC to begin which is 5-Flourouracil, Epirubicin cyclophosphamide. I completely lost every hair on my entire body. Then I had 8 Taxol, by the end of Taxol I lost completely my eyebrows and eyelashes. It was all accummulative. My Oncologist told me Taxol was the lesser of the 2 Chemos that if I only did Taxol that my hair would just thin most likely, but on FEC no chance I will lose it all. Melinda xo
