HAIR LOSS 4 years after treatment eyebrows especially

Diagnosed Breast Cancer 2015 aged 59  surgery, chemo and radiation treatment plus herception over 16 month period.  4 years clear. But HAIR: lack of growth is my query. HAIR on head, very thin, spars...

My eyebrows looked different everyday, and though it takes no time at all, they don't look like proper eyebrows, so micro-blading is maybe the option for me.
gee before cancer treatment I never even thought about my eyebrows, Now they take up a LOT of my time.
