HAIR LOSS 4 years after treatment eyebrows especially

I had my eyebrows tattooed on chemo as I was pathetic at drawing them. It's now 3.5 years and they need a touch up. My sister had naturally sparse brows and has since had hers done (shortly after mine). She needs regular touch ups as doesn't retain the colour like me.
Just make sure you choose someone experienced and can show pics of their work.
