Hi Tracey, I always coloured my hair as it would have greyed before I wanted it too. After chemo it all fell out, then grew back straight, fine and silver grey. I had dark eyebrows and lashes before, but they have hardly grown back at all. It is now 2 years after chemo, my hair is still very fine baby hair, and sparse on top for some reason. I don't colour it now as it is too fine and I wouldn't risk losing it again. Yes the baby shampoo is good and anything that is gentle on your hair.
