Hi @Universal, I didnt have fybromyalgia but what I did have was chronic fatigue syndrome for 4 years and 5 months after finally coming out of that I got my stage 4 metastatic breast cancer diagnosis, I also have had a thyroid condition since I was 21 I am now 64, my thyroid has been removed completel;y and I am on thyroid medication, thyroxine t3 and tertroxin t4, I can completely understand your symptoms as thy were almost identical to what I endured for 4 years,I also believe that because of this my side effects to the drugs/chemo that I have been on for 7 years has been exacerbated, had I been a completely well woman, I hoinestly think that I would have managed my symptoms a lot better, I still sleep a lot 12 hours a night and two hours in the afternoon, I get very tired very easily, I just manage as best I can, but take heart from one who knows, I find it very hard to exercise/walk as my legs just dont want to walk, so if nothing else I truly understand what you are going through, I dont want to appear to be a victim, thats the last thing I need, I have just learned how to get on with things and have used all the tools that the medical profession have given me to manage my life,
