Well thanks everyone. I so love hearing comments from people on my side. I actually didn't end up getting a choice. They just turned up with the in laws as well which I'd already entertained on Christmas Day. They stayed for an hour or two, said hello to me, talked to everyone else, rode the motorbike, tractor, header, went for a walk in the paddock and then said goodbye. Don't know why I worried. They weren't really here to see me anyway. Awkward.
Visits like that really just make you appreciate spending time with good friends and family who really do love you. It makes those people in your life even more special.
I hope you all survived Christmas and even enjoyed it. Look forward to better health in 2016.
