Face Red Spot (rash) -...is this another side effect to AC?

I noticed little spots of redness scattered on my forehead and face. They must have decided to invite their friends and family as they have grown in number.
i also have a headache.
Im guessing another side effect? 

Someone said to me the more cycles you complete, the more symptoms you will have and the angrier they will get. I’m thinking that to be true.😔

     I didn't have rashes with AC but had a lot with taxol. So much that I had to stay on prednisone for the whole time.  Hopefully it clears up soon for you xo

    Three years ago I got away with very light side effects to AC chemo. However, rashes on my feet, fingers and arms; (but not on my face), did get quite bad. Where are you up to in your cycles?
     I'm sure others will say too: get advice ASAP from your cancer clinic or breast care nurse. Hope you have quick and easy access to care and advice
