Hi Em, much like the other suggestions - I'd recommend a lymphodema physio review - the cancer centre I have chemo at had a recommended one - and I checked with the surgeons PA, she had the same group down for their referrals. They've help stretch out the scar tissue, ease off the cording and given me some laser treatment too - couple of sessions and I hardly notice it now unless I go for a few days with no stretching, then it tends to ping back.
