I had cording that worked its way down to my wrist.
I was getting really frustrated & was all set to get a Physio referral - until I got back into my regular exercise regime (6km run, followed by 15 min of hand weights, push ups, sit ups, stretches etc 3 - 4 days per week).
After 1 week I noticed the tightness & pain starting to subside & yes like the others have mentioned the popping sensation is weird (felt like a strong electric shock). It freaked me out until I realized it was actually relieving the tension in my arm. Now 4 weeks later the cording has gone.
