Cording
I have had a tight painful feeling up my right arm for the last couple of weeks. It almost feels like it's bruised or something. It hurts most when I try to stretch the arm upwards. I saw the phys...
Thanks Viv,
I'm posting this for other people needing future direction because it has taken the 5 weeks of looking for an answer to get here.I'm so glad yours has gone great news I saw a youtube of the cording you had, not heard of it till you mentioned it, looks really annoying.Massage By Heather.com does an Abdomen draiage video. The information below is for mainly ams My impression is you have to do Lymphatic massage for the rest of your life once nodes have been removed.I realise your operation might not have involved this removal.
I've had this for 6 weeks now and it has increased to different areas. Now some lymphoedema is developing.Which is why I'm worried.Have found some useful information from a German website by Elizabeth Josenhans of Hamburg -Step Up, Speak Out and a great video on self massage to drain your nodes which for some reason during the 6 weeks no-one has showen me yet from any of the therapist I've been to they ask if I'm doing the exercises.Lympatic exercise MassageBy heather.com and she has had a lot of hits so I am way behind some people.A wellbeing massage therapist doing Myofascial release has been great, I was reattaching under my arm to my rib area release of this has improved my arm movement heaps & she mentioned I should be doing Lymphatic drainage everytime after exercises.
Sorry I rambled on will do the swimming but still having Chemo at present. Thank you for all information I take it all in consideration of cure.
perky.
