Hi Jenny, I found many and regular salt water rinses assisted me, but never found a miracle, I am sorry to say. Cubes of ice was soothing, and good nutrition certainly helped them heal quickly. Eleven years on for me and I still remember the experience, but, hey, I am still here. Be kind to yourself! x x Mandy
