Bugger! aggravated cording again!
Day 3 - after round three
Got home yesterday from work and had a four hour nap......shuffled through dinner and then went to bed at 9pm.
Woke up with a stiff arm again! and around my scars has be...
I had it all under control! Then I made the mistake of putting my weight on that arm while turning in bed...grrr...I've only just been able to sleep on my right side pretty comfortably since my surgery! My left arm is sore from constantly lying on that side....oh well....put up with what we must!
Cording is the strangest sensation ever! I'm glad though you are getting some relief Eileen...hoping the massages make it better every day...
