Bugger! aggravated cording again!
Day 3 - after round three
Got home yesterday from work and had a four hour nap......shuffled through dinner and then went to bed at 9pm.
Woke up with a stiff arm again! and around my scars has be...
I can't believe you are working. I was going to have a go next week but have just decided no. I've spent years soldiering on to the point of a breakdown. And although I am in a new fabulous job I just don't need the stress. If I only have 1 week in 3 I feel well...dammit. ...I am going to enjoy that week. I have found my cording and my mastectomy / reconstruction scars feel really tight just after chemo...very strange...but the pain subsides as the week goes on. Hope you improve soon. Kath x
