Breast pain still 2 years after surgery

I am 6 weeks post lumpectomy on right breast and about to start radiotherapy Wednesday. I returned to work 2 days per week last week and find after my shifts I get stabbing pains in my breast and feels like it's coming out through the nipple. I'm putting it down to doing some typing at work and of course "working". I figure this is normal as I haven't really done a great deal for work for the first 4 weeks following surgery but it's still nice being able to seek reassurance from here.
