Hi Ladies,
The heel pain you are experiencing may well be Plantar Fasciitis, which is an inflammed tendon in your heel. I have had this a few times, even before Femara, and it takes ages to get better. Mine are kept at bay now with wearing moulded Dr Scholl thongs or orthotics. Bare feet and flat shoes can really aggrevate it. I think the femara and arimidex play havoc with tendons, as I have had trigger fingers and De Quervaines syndrome as well. (This is extreme pain in the base of the thumb and into the wrist) I had to wear splints and have physio for this, but it did get better after about 10 months.
Hope you all find relief for these side effects. I do believe that fish oil and krill may help, as it helped me, but we are all different.
Good luck. Love Chris xx
