Hi all,
My knees are very sore so it's hard to get up & down. I struggled to get to my seat at a Suzi Quatro concert last Tuesday but when dancing I was fine if I kept my legs straight.
So I was able to move quite freely but when I tried to sit down I was in pain & didn't realise for a while that the seat was lifted, just as well I found out before sitting or I'd have been on the floor in pain while the others around me laughed!!!
