Thank you so much Bella and Finita for your help,

I can totally understand the pain in the heel, while going through chemo I never expected such pain. My heels hurt so much & went very dry which meant they became flaky & being me I, of course, had to start pulling at the skin which meant they also begun to sting. I couldn't leave that dry skin alone.

The panadeine forte isn't doing anything to help the pain so I just have to walk like a penguin until I next see a Dr. She has made me have a blood test to rule out arthritis & even wanted to do an x-ray on my knees as that's where the pain is. I also bought a bigger pair of runners so it wouldn't be so painful getting them on.
