So happy and relieved to read that you are doing better. I hope you don't have any more setbacks. Rest is important-do a lot of that. A suggestion-I have found that audio books; listened to from a laptop or iPad or tablet are great. Sometimes I go to sleep listening to them, & have to try & remember where I'm up to, but they're a great thing. As well as your average thriller, adventure novel (whatever your taste), there are also self help, meditation, relaxation ones which I find invaluable.
