I agree about the scrolling. I've found a quicker way to get to the latest posts, but it's still a bit cumbersome; just go down to the bottom of the first page and click on the last number (currently 4), this will take you to the last page, and then you just scroll down to the bottom of it (I just drag the bar at the right of the page, it's quicker). Hope this helps :)
