Hi Pollyanne,
I know just how you are feeling because I also had my annual mammogram and U/S Tuesday 11th and will be getting my full results next Tuesday 25th and like you I also have a dark spot to which the radiologist, there and then told me that I will need to have another U/S in 3 months.
All the same, I do wish you all the very best for tomorrow and fingers cross and be positive !!!
