I am seeing my osteopath, she really helps with some of the joint aches and pains just by loosening me up. I take Panadol osteo every day, sometimes twice , if the pain is really screamng. I once thought that I would never be able to manage living with chronic pain, and now I am. Funny what you can get used to.
I guess you can put up with anything if it has the potential to save your life.
