Hi Ruth

I'm going well thanks, jusr dealing with chronic pain. But it doesn't stop me every day so I'm fortunate. I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves being single. We can do so much when, how and where we choose.

Thanks for your suggestions. Will take on board. I have stomach problems too. It prevents us from taking so many meds.
