Thanks so much for the warning, Vicki. I have chronic urticuria and suffering with it badly at present so I have to be very careful what I take. At the moment I am on 75mgs. of prednisone and 2 anti-histamines. I do not like prednisone one little bit, but when you get a reaction as bad as I get it's the only thing that works. It doesn't help having a weak immune system. onsidering taking krill oil but I don't want to take the chance.
