Looking after you Grandchild and being at your Sons' might be putting a bit too much pressure on you. I look after my Grandchildren some times and it exhausts me. I see a Chiropractor when I get really bad headaches from a neck problem but I don't have mets. Maybe talking to your Doctor would help. I hope that you get a good outcome from your e-xay.
