Hi Bella. It is so good to have this site that we can go to share our feelings. The tingling in my hands is mainly at night. Thankfully I can still type, scrapbook and garden as well as do my puzzles. I am finding my biggest problem at the moment is the atrophy. It is not discussed enough. It would be okay if we could take HRT but it's not worth the risk.:)
