So, I went out on our property this afternoon and had a date with our 'Lantana-Jungle' - everything is now cut down. If I will have any back pain tonight I know from where it comes ! Lol.
@melclarity: I started doing Pilates classes ... but I have the feeling I have to do more exercise.
