I had severe neuropathy of my feet and hands....
relaxation mediation helped a bit and so did Revitive (Dawn Frazer machine for circulation) you can hire or buy from the chemist usually our chemist had a free trial they put me on it in the chemist to see if I could tolerate it .... I find it helps to settle the pain and sensations that come with neuropathy.
I had the machine on trial for 7 days I returned and bought it after 4 days I still use it now 6+yrs later...
Do you have a good Breast Care Nurse - she might be able to get you into see psychologist at the Hospital or Cancer Unit depending on where you now reside.... I found knowing that others had this helped to relax me a little abit also.
