Sorry - the aches & pains with the AIs - like you, it targets my hips mainly, plus shoulders ..... and sadly a lot of Oncs?GPs don't really appreciate or understand the depth of the pain - 24/7 .... so I've had 3 changes of AIs - now on Anastrozole (after Letrozole and Exemestane) and I've been better off on this last one. After that, my only choice will be Tamoxifen!
Try & keep moving .... tho I must admit I have been using some magic oil for 2 years ... I had a 3 month break recently & went all achy again, so will be getting back onto it again! The relief is 'gradual' - but you really know about it if you stop it & the aches & pains come back
If you have continual aches for more than a month - request a bone scan from your Onc. I did this last year & it put my mind at peace, coming back as 'normal'. .....
