Achy hips

I’ve been on femera \letrazole for 6 months and found it caused joint pain ( aggravated hand arthritis as well). I have pre existing osteoporosis . All the hints listed above by others sound very helpful - I keep walking daily where possible, I’m seeing a exercise physiologist , and my oncologist has me on glucosamine .
Overall not as severe as what you’re going through bravo. I’ve just had a break from femera because of side effects of tingling hands , and will be moving onto another A! Exemestane if hands issues don’t resolve.
