i had TCH chemo but also suffered with aches and pains. Basically I took panadol ever 4 hours and if I needed to sleep I did. I would have a gentle walk around our block (very small block) and that's was about it. Listen to your body. If you need to sleep then sleep. If the aches and pains are really worrying you, ring the hospital to see if there is anything stronger than panadol you can take. Hang in there and I hope you feel a little better soon. Karen xox
