I agree with everyoneʻs comments AC is a rough brutal experience. I had my 4th cycle delayed; mine was because my PORT area was infected (and continues to be), at that time presented with a fever and severe blood clots. I finished AC mid October 2020 and it gave me a beating. The onc delayed Taxol and I enjoyed 3.5 weeks of being chemo free while battling the other challenges. I embraced those weeks to refuel.
I started Taxol week 1 yesterday - with steroids beginning Monday and again yesterday as a precaution to reaction (that is because I am prone to them). I have no idea how my body will react to Taxol or what side effects will surface.
Like you, I will draw on the advice, support and experience of all the lovely people on this site and feel someoneʻs hand in mine, encouraging me along. I extend my hand to you - we will be ok, you will be ok xx
