About to be hospitalized again...AC is awful.
So here I am in emergency about to be readmitted for the second time. Was admitted after AC Round 3 and now after AC Round 4. I start Taxol next Monday. Will the neausea and diarhhea end? I don't ...
Hang in there @lovemelrose AC can be pretty brutal - but you have now done them. Another step forward! By number 4 I was knocked around because it is building up each time. 12 x taxol was completely different for me, much better but a different set of SE. I experienced reflux which I have never had before, but a tablet a day sorted it out. Just make sure you let your doctor know if you experience numb fingers or toes. My doctor gave me great advice and he said to not panic if I didn’t finish all 12, that 9 would be effective too. He told me that to make sure I spoke up if I was getting too much numbness.
