Certainly the nausea ended for me. I had terrible constipation on AC. Taxol is different and comes with a totally different lot of side effects but the tummy issues do improve. I did find I needed nexium twice a day on taxol though as I had reflux more on it.
I hope for you it will be considerably better and you will definitely have less need for hospital admissions.
