Firstly, congratulations on getting through all of the surgeries and treatment. My eyelashes seemed to thin out too as did one of my friend’s lashes. I was told that normally our eyelashes fall out in a cycle - a few at a time as a new one pushes through but when they all fall out and then come back at the same time they need time to get back into their staggered cycle. I am not sure if that is based on any scientific data, but it kind of made sense to me. I am 11months post chemo and my lashes now seem to be settled and back to where they were, just a bit shorter. You can buy serums to help them along. Take care x
