Pain pain go away come again another day laying in bed listening to the thunderstorm raging outside. Instead of the usual ditty it comes out as above I’m at the max of my drugs and my head is spinni...
Physio went well. Stopped some of the exercises and doing some new ones. He feels the extra pain is noted but seeing I’ve been on hormone blockers for 5 years and now Palbo for 9 months I’m coping we just have to find what works without making me worse.
Long chat with the social worker as well and I’m doing my advance care directive
seen the solicitor for my will and POA. can’t get pro bono as i have too much money. By the time i pay for everything there will be nothing left to build my granny flat its a joke.
