Physio went well. Stopped some of the exercises and doing some new ones. He feels the extra pain is noted but seeing I’ve been on hormone blockers for 5 years and now Palbo for 9 months I’m coping we just have to find what works without making me worse.
Long chat with the social worker as well and I’m doing my advance care directive
