Just a little note to say if you are awake and it's considered way too early to be up and about you are welcome to post or just read.
Early days I wasn't too bad, head to bed abt 9.30pm and fall to sleep easily but awake around 3am onwards.
The forum in the early hours, sometimes just to read, other times to post certainly helped. There was always a fellow traveller in the same predicament.
Hope you get comfort and reassurance from this forum and maybe a giggle or two as you check out the funnies pages and other pages......
